FOX Rehabilitation is seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join their team in Long Island, offering individualized physical therapy services primarily through home visits focused on geriatric care. They provide flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with benefits, mentorship programs for new graduates, and opportunities for professional growth. The practice emphasizes clinically autonomous interventions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a supportive community with access to continuing education and advanced technology.

Whatyou'llneed:
. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
. Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
. Basic computer literacy skills
. Current CPR certification

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. This base pay range is specific to Queens and may not be applicable to other locations. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
