From the outset of his career, Tim Fox formed a deep connection with older adult patients. Recognizing flaws in existing programs, he embarked on a mission to transform geriatric care. After delving into Medicare regulations, he envisioned a groundbreaking model utilizing Medicare Part B to deliver in-home geriatric therapy. Armed with a laptop and this innovative concept, Dr. Fox began his journey from his basement, reaching out to physicians who quickly recognized the benefits for their patients. In 1998, FOX Rehabilitation was born.

What set FOX apart was not just its treatment model but also its unique culture. Dr. Fox cultivated an environment where staff set the standards, believing that exceptional clinicians thrive when freed from bureaucratic constraints. This principle has proven remarkably successful.

Today, FOX has evolved from a modest practice offering house calls into a multi-state resource of autonomous clinicians delivering proactive, evidence-based therapy focused on geriatrics. Both patients and staff attest to the life-changing impact of our services, though we acknowledge that they are the true heroes of their own stories. We are privileged to be part of their journey.
