The fees for the Service shall be paid in accordance with the terms set forth on the applicable Order Form. Once you have submitted your Order Form, your order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable, and we will not offer any refunds. If there are any credits due to you, they will be applied on the next invoice against the amounts then due.
In using the Service, you provide us with information, files, and folders that you submit to MedicHire (together, “Content”). You, and not MedicHire, are responsible for maintaining and protecting all of your Content. MedicHire will not be liable for any loss or corruption of your Content, or for any costs or expenses associated with backing up or restoring any of your Content.
You retain full ownership of your Content, but you hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, edit, translate, make derivatives, display and distribute any and all Content in connection with providing the Service to you and other users in accordance with your settings on the Service.
