FOX Rehabilitation offers a Physical Therapist Mentor Program focused on providing personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults, primarily through innovative Geriatric House Calls. The program supports professional growth with clinical and non-clinical opportunities, continuing education, certification reimbursement, and flexible scheduling. This role requires a valid Physical Therapy license and aims to foster rewarding patient outcomes within a supportive interdisciplinary therapy team.

Available Opportunities:
. Full-time/Part-time - Salaried with benefits

What you'll need:
. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
. Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
. Basic computer literacy skills
. Current CPR certification

Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
