We are seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our Skilled Nursing Unit. This facility is a full-service hospital equipped with modern facilities and strives to provide high-quality healthcare through caring, kindness, and compassion.

Position Overview:
- Location: 2nd Floor, Skilled Nursing Unit
- Type: Full-Time
- Department: Skilled Nursing LTC
- Patient Population: Primarily geriatric
- Number of Beds: 60
- Patient Ratios: Varies per shift
- Equipment/Technology: Fully electronic health records (EHR)
- Weekend Hours: Yes
- On-Call Requirements: Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and contribute to care planning
- Monitor and document patient progress, and report any changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as per physicians orders
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: CNA, LPN, or RN
- Open to all levels of experience
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) is preferred
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Dress Code:
- Scrubs required (no street clothing or nightwear permitted)
