Job Title: Night Shift Respiratory Therapist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in respiratory therapy, with a strong preference for those with NICU Level II and Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) experience. This position primarily involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with no call requirements, and is designed for individuals ready to commit to a minimum of 36 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients, ensuring all procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, making critical decisions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
- Utilize equipment such as ventilators, nebulizers, and oxygen therapy devices efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all interactions.

Shift Details:
- Primary shifts are from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Rotating shifts may be possible
- No call requirements

Scrub Color:
- Caribbean blue scrubs are required.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of visible experience in respiratory therapy, with specific experience in NICU Level II and LDR strongly preferred.
- Certification and licensure as required by the state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
