Our History: How Vibra Travels became a leader in clinical travel. The idea for Vibra Travels emerged in 2021 to address staffing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic within Vibra Healthcare hospitals. CEO Brad Hollinger tasked Wayne Mackey with creating an in-house clinical travel agency. Wayne quickly assembled a team of exceptional clinicians, recruiters, and administrative staff to staff our hospitals effectively.

After successfully placing over 250 clinicians within the Vibra Healthcare system, we expanded beyond our borders in June 2022 to serve external clients nationwide in critical care and rehabilitation hospital spaces. Our claim, "We do what you do," reflects our deep understanding of finding the right clinician for post-acute placements. Since then, we've continued to grow, placing clinicians in short-term acute care and behavioral health settings.
