Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing within the last 6 months. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care during the childbirth process, supporting new mothers, and collaborating with medical teams to ensure safe and effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring women and their newborns.
- Monitor patients conditions throughout labor and delivery.
- Administer medications and perform necessary procedures as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Educate and support patients and families about the childbirth process.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse within the last 6 months.
- Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications. (Certifications may NOT expire within 30 days of the start date.)
- Valid NJ or Compact RN License (pending applications will not be accepted).

Work Schedule:
- Every other weekend and holidays as required.
- RTO (Request Time Off): No more than 3 days.

Orientation Details:
- Candidates must complete the full orientation as scheduled; no rescheduling will be permitted.
- Orientation includes virtual meetings and in-person classes, with the full schedule provided upon hire.
- Additional training modules are required prior to starting orientation.

Contract Information:
- Position is contracted for 40 weeks with 48 guaranteed hours and 36 scheduled hours.
