Schedule:
- Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
- Mainly working Monday-Friday from 1230pm to 9:00pm (evenings), rotating through 1 in 4 weekends.
- Rotation through major winter and summer holiday block
- As with any position, the schedule may need to change if/as business needs change, but employees will be given adequate notice. Our services are daily from 7am-9pm (including weekends and holidays).
- High School diploma or GED.
Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT).- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent.
- 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience or 1 year of experience with CPhT certification
- Retail Pharmacy Experience
- Interview patients and family members to obtain a valid list of patients home medications upon admission.
- Communicate with retail pharmacies, primary care physicians, and other resources to gather information and recognize and apply knowledge of appropriate/specific drugs within scope.
- Accurately record information in the patients electronic health record in a timely manner and maintain accurate data involving patient information.
