Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Shift: Night (M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM) - 4-10 hour shifts with on-call requirements for STEMI procedures during weekdays and rotational weekends (1-2 weekends per month).

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and assisting with various cardiovascular procedures, including Cardiac Catheterizations, PCI for STEMI cases, peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker insertions, and interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up for cardiac catheterizations, PCI (STEMI), and other interventional procedures.
- Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data during procedures.
- Provide procedural assistance to the physician pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
- Assess and manage access sites, ensuring proper communication with the physician regarding patient status.
- Adhere to on-call protocols for the Cath Lab and prepare patients for procedures.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- RCIS certification is preferred.
- Required certification in BLS, ACLS, and experience with IABP.
- Prior experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting is essential.

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring hemodynamic data.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient care and safety.
