As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our delivery model, which includes specially trained nurses, operating technicians, certified nurse midwives, board-certified obstetricians, lactation consultants, an anesthesia team, and various support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns in a high-volume setting, averaging 1,000 deliveries annually.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Engage in rigorous and customizable training programs that last traditionally six months, designed to enhance individual learning needs.
- Participate in ongoing education and competency training supported by a dedicated unit practice educator.

Qualifications:
- A valid nursing license (verification required).
- Previous experience in a labor and delivery setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive patient experience.
