We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
We offer licensed therapists:
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual cash bonus up to $8,000
- Full-time W-2 positions

- On-site hybrid positions, offering both in-person remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office)

- Annual income potential: $96,000 to $119,000+
Licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. Were seeking:
- Therapists independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
- Experienced in working with child and adolescent populations.
