Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists to work at a partnering Rehab facility in Peoria, Arizona. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,548 - $1,709 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Arizona
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 2 years of acute experience as an Occupational Therapist within a rehab hospital
