Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days - 3x12s (Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM-7:30 PM; Monday 8:00 AM-8:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Job Description: we are seeking a CT Technologist to join its Radiology/Cardiology department. This is a Level I Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center providing a mix of trauma, cardiac, outpatient, and interventional procedures. The ideal candidate is experienced, adaptable, and ready to float between departments and buildings within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT imaging procedures including trauma and specialized studies
Work with Siemens Force, Go.Top, and Definition AS CT systems
Administer contrast media and maintain radiation safety protocols
Provide care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Float between multiple units/buildings as needed
Participate in an on-call rotation with staff
Work holiday rotations and weekends as required
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience
6+ months Level I Trauma experience (required)
Siemens CT system experience (required)
Certifications (required):
BLS (AHA)
ARRT (R)(CT)
South Carolina State License / SCRQSA (R)(CT)
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,644.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $684.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,960.00 Per Week
Preferred Experience:
Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures: Biopsies, Drainages, CTA, Colonography
Teaching hospital experience
3D rendering and advanced post-processing skills
Skills and Imaging Proficiency:
Body Areas: Head, Neck, Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, Spine, Musculoskeletal
Procedures: Coronary CTA, Colonography, Brain Perfusion, Myelography
Software/Systems: Epic (Charting), PACS, Sectra, Siemens CT Equipment
Techniques: MPR, ROI, 3D Reconstruction (Preferred)
