we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This role involves providing quality psychiatric nursing care across the lifespan, including both adult and pediatric populations, in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered psychiatric nursing care for individuals with diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Use Cerner EHR to document care and ensure accurate and timely charting.
- Demonstrate crisis management skills and implement therapeutic interventions when necessary.
- Participate in a team-based model of care that prioritizes safety, empathy, and patient engagement.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license in Massachusetts.
- Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric care setting.
- Flexible, empathetic, and committed to working with patients of all ages.
