TotalMed Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Orlando, Florida.
Job Description Requirements

- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 6am-4pm or when last patient is done (4x10s).
Rotating weekends and on call shifts. Holidays are required.
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Required experience: 2+ years Hemodialysis, preferably pediatric.
Preferred experience: Apheresis, Peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT.

Pediatric dialysis is a specialty within a specialty and requires an advanced skill set. The nurse is responsible for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis (manual and cycler) Aquadex, CRRT and apheresis (TPE and red blood cell exchanges) treatments in the chronic and acute settings in the following areas: WPH NICU, APH PICU, CVICU, PSCU, Hematology/Oncology and ER.
The dialysis team shares the responsibility of rotating weekends and on call shifts.
Shift start time is 0600, our shift end time is when the last patient is done, this generally is around 1600.
Rotating weekends and on call shifts. Holidays are required.
Qualifications:
Education/Training
. Graduate of an approved school of nursing
. Meets all mandatory, developmental and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
Licensure/Certification
. Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid ENLC multistate RN license.
. Maintains current BLS/Healthcare provider certification.
. ACLS PALS before start date
Experience
. Renal Dialysis
. Preferably Pediatric experience
