Description:
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Hours are 0700-1730. They will work 4 10-hour shifts, M-F. Their day off during the week will vary. There is an on-call requirement for these positions. (call is as needed by the unit)
Pre-Screen Unit: Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within facilitys guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years
CERTIFICATIONS: BLS and ACLS
EPIC exp required
Registered Radiologic Technologist RT(R) or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
UNIT INFO: The invasive cardiology department consists of 3 procedural labs as well as its own 12 bed prep and recovery area. We perform Cath, EP, and peripheral vascular cases with a team of 7 skilled invasive cardiologists and electrophysiologists, RNs, and technologists. As a facility with surgical backup, the Cath lab can handle cases ranging from diagnostics to complex interventions, with the capability for advanced STEMI and cardiac arrest treatment options such as Impella and ECMO. The EP side performs a variety of procedures such as cardioversions, implants, and ablations for all rhythm issues. The labs are growing into the structural heart side of invasive cardiology and the ability to offer additional procedures is something being worked towards.
