Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Stepdown
- Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 08/03/2025
- Duration: 12 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
- Unit Type: General Medical/Rehab
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care needs
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in rehab programs, discharge planning, and weekly re-evaluations
- Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
Certifications Requirements:BLS: Required before first shiftACLS: Required (for CIRH only)Experience: Minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience (preferred)
