A well-established, therapist-owned outpatient pediatric therapy center in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their collaborative care team. This is a full-time, in-person role in a supportive and dynamic environment focused on providing high-quality, family-centered care.

As a Pediatric OT, youll work with a diverse pediatric population in a clinic-based setting. The role offers a chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational, physical, speech, behavioral, and social work professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Establish age-appropriate functional goals and plans of care
• Educate and involve families in treatment planning and home strategies
• Participate in meetings, in-services, and team collaboration activities
• Deliver evidence-based, client-focused therapy

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (new grads will not be considered)
• EI Credentialing or willingness to obtain
• Degree from an AOTA-accredited program
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
