As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will have the opportunity to manage your own flexible private practice with support from Headway, a company dedicated to transforming mental healthcare accessibility. Headway provides mental health clinicians with essential tools, resources, and support, including hassle-free insurance credentialing, marketing assistance, and admin processing. This position allows you to conduct psychotherapy sessions remotely or in-person, ensuring that care is accessible to patients while allowing you to set your own hours.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and its up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
- LMFT
- LMFTS
- LCMFT

- A valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
