Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location : Sussex County area
Schedule : DayShift (40hrs/wk)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Home Health and Oasis
SHIFT/HOURS: M-F,
Weekends: will discuss
LICENSE: DE
Coverage area: Sussex County area
Productivity expectations are 8-hour workday and includes completing documentation. Each workday usually consists of 6 revisits (usually 1 of these revisits is an evaluation) or 4-5 revisits/1 admission.
PTs would work primarily in one region (there are times when PT would need to go outside of region).
The following regions are available: 1) Georgetown region (main towns Georgetown, Harbeson, Ellendale and Millsboro), or 2) Lewes/ Rehoboth Beach Region (Lewes, North Shores, Rehoboth) Smyrna (which includes all of southern DE)
