Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. .
Be able to identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. .
Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. .
Celebrate patient wins along the way.Required Certifications and Licensures: .
Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. .
CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by hospital policy. .
