Our dining facilities offer delicious meals crafted by dietary professionals to cater to individual nutritional needs. We also sponsor a variety of activities to keep residents engaged, including exercise, music, crafts, worship, and more. With extensive visiting hours, family and loved ones can easily drop by and connect with residents.

American Health Communities (AHC) proudly operates 29 senior living and rehabilitation communities across Tennessee and Alabama. As part of this network, AHC staff benefit from the resources and expertise of our corporate clinical services group, which oversees and supports all providers. Our local providers collaborate closely with other American Health Partners affiliates—Tennessee Quality Care Home Health and Hospice, Rehab America, and Unity Psychiatric Care—to ensure a seamless continuum of post-acute care.

Through these partnerships, we enhance residents' access to high-quality health services and facilitate smooth transitions between different types of care settings. Additionally, AHC long-term residents may qualify for our affiliated health plan, American Health Advantage of Tennessee. This specialized Medicare Advantage plan offers coordinated care and unique benefits for Medicare beneficiaries residing in nursing homes.
