Requires driving to multiple patients' homes daily. Lic/Certs: Must be proficient with OASIS assessments, no exceptions. BLS, Registered Nurse License, Driver's License, Auto Insurance. Position: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health 13 week Home Health Registered Nurse travel assignment Hospital in Portland, OR is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to help them out for 13 weeks. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
