Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) . Corrections . Day Shift
Join our team as an LVN in a Texas correctional facility, providing vital healthcare in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
. Deliver nursing care and administer medications.
. Monitor and report patient health changes.
. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
. Valid LVN license in Texas or compact state.
. BLS certification.
. 2+ years LVN experience, 1+ year in acute care.
. Strong communication and adaptability skills.
Schedule:
. Day shifts, 36/48 weekly rotation.
. Holiday availability required.
. Flexibility to work within a 50 . mile radius.
Additional Info:
. Orientation in Conroe and Gatesville, TX.
. COVID . 19 vaccination required, exemptions considered.
. Overtime opportunities available.
