Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience to work with a partnering home health care provider in Wisconsin. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,680 - $1,846 per week
• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit
• Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Drivers License and reliable transportation
