GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Everett, Washington.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
. Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.
. Conduct assessments and create care plans.
. Use Oasis and HCHB for records.
. Perform Start of Care, routine visits, and recertifications.
. Manage approximately 5 patient visits daily.
Schedule:
. 13 - week contract, 40 hours/week
. Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
. Day shifts, no on - call
. Potential for contract extension
Qualifications:
. Valid Compact or WA RN License
. BLS certification
. 2+ years RN experience, with Home Health expertise
. Proficient in Oasis and HCHB
Additional Information:
. Coverage: Snohomish County
