Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Satellite Operating Room. This position will start in Lexington and then move to Needham in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting
  • Providing nurse sedation, preop, and post-op for Adult Endoscopy procedures
  • Providing clinical support and resources
  • Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
Minimal Qualifications
Education
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications
  • Massachusetts nursing license.
Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a RN (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).
