Currently, were helping correctional facilities in Merced, California that urgently needs Nurse Practitioners to provide care. Contract Details:

• Position: Nurse Practitioner - Correctional Nursing
• $80-$85 an hour
• 8-week contract with possibility of extension
• Shift: Day 8-5
• Duties will include but are not limited to medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and emergency first aid

Requirements:

• Active California Nurse Practitioner License - Minimum 1-year prior experience - American Heart Association BLS - Corrections nursing experience is a plus - Active DEA Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
