Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Job Description Requirements

Facility: Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin
Location: Waukesha, WI
Contract Length: 13 weeks (potential extension)
Start Time: 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed; every other weekend required
Shift: Days
Unit Type: Rehab/Med Surg
Number of Beds: 40
Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric Rehab
Facility Overview:
- Specialty Care: Stroke, brain injury, neuro, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, ortho injuries
- Certifications: CARF-accredited Stroke, Amputation, and Comprehensive Rehab Programs
- Partnership: ProHealth Care + Lifepoint Rehabilitation
Expectations Requirements:
- License: Active RN license (WI or compact)
- Experience: Rehab and Med Surg experience preferred
- Certifications: RN Licensure required
- EHR System: Epic
- Call Off Policy: Must notify 3 hours before shift
- First Day Instructions:
- Time: Report by 8:00 AM
- Ask for: Deanna Fish or Natasha Gappa
- Parking: Use employee lot
- Scrub Color: Not specified
Ideal Candidate:
- Skills: Strong in rehab and med surg nursing
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and teamwork
- Other: Adaptable, reliable, good communication skills
