1. Who will be the DOO approving the contractors time each week? Hope Kurtz 2. What is the iCIMS req # corresponding to this requisition? 2025-21768 (not sure if this is correct #) 3. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: may not need that long but will start with 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M - F 8am - 5pm? yes 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? No on-call If so, how often? NA 6. Will there be any on call? No If so, how much? NA 7. What region are you in? Northeast-North Home health or Hospice? HH 8.
