Job Description: Neuro ICU Nurse

Position: Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Night (3x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:00)
Location: Multiple Facilities (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Neuro ICU nursing and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires floating between five hospitals based on staffing needs and patient census.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Neuro ICU setting.
- Float between multiple facilities as required by staffing needs.
- Monitor telemetry and manage complex patient cases.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct assessments, document patient progress, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Prepare patients and families for discharge, ensuring they understand care procedures and follow-up appointments.
- Pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing and complete all onboarding procedures promptly.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Neuro ICU nursing.
- Active New Jersey or compact RN license; pending licenses are not accepted.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; these must not expire within 30 days of the assignment start date.
- Experience with EPIC is preferred but not mandatory.
- Float ability required; candidates must be adaptable to varying patient ratios and care settings.
- Must complete required labs within 48 hours of signing.

Expectations:
- Must be able to scrub in the specified unit specialty as needed.
- Work collaboratively, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance; travelers will need to be clean-shaven for fit testing.

RTO (Request Time Off) Policies:
- RTO must be submitted at the time of application. Late submissions are not accepted.
- Expectation for no RTO within the first week of the start date.
