Driver Program Assistant - Adult Day
Location: Living Well Adult Day, West Boylston, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour

What Youll Do

• Provide safe, reliable transportation between participants homes, day centers, agency programs, outings, and appointments.

• Offer safety assistance when boarding and exiting vehicles.

• Maintain cleanliness and conduct daily vehicle checks.

• Support staff in monitoring participants at the day center, helping with activities, meals, and personal care needs.

• Provide assistance with daily living, including personal hygiene and bathroom support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 21 years of age or older.

• Prior van driving experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience transporting older adults or individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, ideally older adults.

• Valid U.S. drivers license with at least 1 year of driving history.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to care.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
