HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Med Surg
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Unit Specifics:
. Number of Beds: 46
. Patient Ratios: 6:1
. Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Clinical Nurse Coordinators (charge nurse), RNs, LPNs, PCTs, Nurse Externs, Unit Clerks -staffing based on patient census)
. Type of equipment: GE Apex Pro Telemetry box, Hoyer lift, Sara Steady, Baxter IV pumps, iMobile, Alaris PCA IV pump, Welch Allen Vitals machine, Glucometer
. Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
. Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend, three 12-hour shifts per week
. Floating policy: May float to 3 South (post-surgical med/surg), or to PCU (to staff tele overflow)
. Patient Experience requirements: At least two years med/surg experience
