PRN (Reverse) for CNA

Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? As a PRN (reverse) CNA you would be agreeing to be available for a specific shift each week. If the shift coverage is not needed, you would be compensated at $5.00 per hour to continue to hold that work assignment with you for the remaining agreed time frame. If the shift coverage is needed, you would work the prescribed shift at the PRN rate of $25.00 per hour. Additional shifts are available but the hold pay is only allowed on the specific shift agreed to with the original agreement (assignments reviewed/reassigned every six months or as needed based on coverage). A PRN (reverse) CNA can be allowed a maximum of two hold shifts. A PRN (reverse) CNA is allowed only two missed hold shifts in a six-month period before termination will occur.

2nd Shift: 2p-10p - Sunday

3rd Shift: 10p-6a - Monday OR Tuesday OR Wednesday OR Thursday

Your Role:

In the heart of our mission, our CNAs play a vital role in providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, a gentle and friendly approach, professionalism, and unwavering respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:

• Provide Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Daily Activities of Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene
• Respond to Patient Call Lights with a Compassionate and Helpful Approach
• Ensure Residents Receive an Appropriate Diet by Understanding Their Preferences, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
• Record Vital Signs as Requested by Staff
• Promptly Notify the Nurse in Charge of Any Changes in Resident Conditions

Qualifications:

• Current CNA Certificate
• Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Go Above and Beyond for Our Residents
• Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
• A Genuine Love for Seniors
