For over thirty years, we have been dedicated to enhancing the retirement experience for seniors. Vi proudly operates 10 Life Plan Communities across the United States, where residents enjoy elegant apartments, exceptional dining, diverse lifestyle programs, and meaningful friendships. Our commitment is to provide quality environments, services, and programs that enrich the lives of older adults, ensuring they experience the pinnacle of senior living.

Established in 1987, Vi began as Classic Residence by Hyatt, offering rental senior housing that embodied the luxury and hospitality synonymous with the Hyatt brand. In 2010, we rebranded as Vi (pronounced “vee”), inspired by “vida,” the Latin word for “life.” Since then, we have expanded to 10 thriving communities nationwide, with over 4,000 seniors proudly calling Vi their home.

Throughout our history, we have remained steadfast in our mission to empower seniors to live independently while fostering a nurturing environment for our employees to pursue rewarding careers in service and care. Today, we support more than 2,900 dedicated employees across our corporate and community offices who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents.
