HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Greenville, South Carolina.

Night Shift, 3x12 hours (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), Thursday through Saturday
Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Perform MRI imaging procedures including specialized imaging such as abdominal MRA/MRV, brain imaging, spine imaging, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular MRI scans.
- Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
- Follow isolation precautions and maintain patient safety.
- Utilize PACS and Philips MRI equipment.
- Perform image post-processing techniques including diffusion mapping, subtraction, and multiplanar reconstruction.
- Work with patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
- Float within the health system to other units as needed, limited to areas of competency.
- Maintain professional communication to reduce patient anxiety and ensure proper care.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
- Must have ARRT certification with MRI specialty and BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience (required for charting).
- Trauma Level I experience preferred.
- Experience in a teaching hospital setting preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts with weekend coverage (1:2 weekend rotation).
- Flexible contract lengths (13-20 weeks), holiday work required for holiday contracts.
Certifications and Licensure:
- ARRT MRI certification required.
- BLS certification required.
