HIGHLIGHTS:

- 20HPW, Mon 08:00-15:30, Tues 08:00-15:30, and Wed 08:00-14:30
- Mon-Tues 7 hrs and Wed 6 hrs
- Every third weekend
- 4 hrs every 3rd Saturday (subject to change)

- Candidates will float within the hospital as needed
- Charting System Experience: Preferred (Cerner)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- All therapy/rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process Marshfield credentialing and onboarding requirements
- PT, SLP, OT placements will be required to submit the following requirements within 1 week of signing - These documents are required for the credentialing application and failure to complete these timely could result in a pushed start date - DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, minimum of 3 references 2 peers and 1 department chair (need name and email address)
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Labs and DS appt must be completed within 48 hours of signing
- If candidates are not able to complete labs and DS within 48 hours of signing it may lead to a cancellation
- Background initiation, BID, CCAP, and WI caregiver are to be completed and uploaded into Lotus within 48 hours
- 2 references required - 1 must be from a supervisor
- If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request
- AHA certifications are required to be completed prior to start

- All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the Marshfield credentialing team
- Marshfields HR will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our Vaya compliance team throughout the onboarding process
- Extensive list of required skills including: Acute Care, Adaptive Devices, Adaptive Equipment, Ankle sprains, AROM/AAROM/PROM, and many others as listed in original description
