Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This position involves planning, implementing, and documenting individualized nursing care based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and coordinate personalized care plans through continuous assessments.
- Perform thorough assessments to identify patient needs and establish care priorities.
- Execute therapeutic nursing interventions while managing patient care effectively.
- Document care based on standards of nursing practice and patient acuity.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice standards and support innovative care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care in alignment with a professional nursing practice model.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Required Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Required certifications and licensure:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from AHA.
- Current New Jersey State Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty; 2+ years preferred.
- Competence in delivery room attendance is required.

Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to float to Pediatrics and PICU as needed.
- Ability to work every other weekend and during designated holidays.
- No on-call requirement.
