Home Health Case Manager - Registered Nurse
REQUIRED
- 1 year of RN experience required
- Current State issued Registered Nurses License
- Require personal transportation, current state issued drivers license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.
- 1+ year working in home health or geriatric patient setting
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- 3 years of health care experience or experience working with geriatric patients
- Bi-lingual
- Extensive healthcare industry expertise that will help you map out your career
- Resume edits and formatting to make sure you put your best foot forward when applying
- Interview scheduling and coaching to help you win the job
- Support during difficult conversations, including help with pay negotiations
- Streamlined communication and feedback from the hiring manager
