eth;#159;#146;frac14; Job Expectations Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized patient care
- Deliver high-quality care based on clinical assessments and care pathways
- Educate patients and their families from admission through discharge
- Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation of care provided
- Promptly notify physicians of critical observations or changes in patient status
- Safely administer medications and perform treatments per protocols
- Carry out physician orders precisely and efficiently
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are available and report malfunctions to the appropriate department
