seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our acute care unit. This role is crucial in supporting daily hospital operations and maintaining 24/7 call coverage to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care aligned with clinical protocols and standards.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapidly changing patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in daily rounding, documentation, and communication with patients and families.
- Fulfill rotating on-call responsibilities to support unit coverage at all times.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state eligibility.
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, TNCC (all current).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility required.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and fulfill call obligations as needed.
