HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Boone, North Carolina.
Job Description Requirements

Facility: Watauga Medical Center (Appalachian Regional Healthcare System)
Location: 336 Deerfield Rd, Boone, NC 28607
Contract Type: Travel Assignment (18 Weeks)
Start Date: September 15, 2025
Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Job Details
Shift Schedule:
- Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 17:30), Weekdays Only
- On-Call Requirement:
- Weeknights (M-F): 17:00 - 07:00 next day
- Weekends coverage
- Low call volume (1-2 call-ins weekly)
Requirements Qualifications
Licensure Certifications:
- Active RN License: North Carolina (NC) or Compact License (required at submission)
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience
- Required Skills:
- Moderate sedation administration
- Circulating RN duties in Cath Lab
- EMR Proficiency: EPIC (recent experience required)
Additional Requirements:
- Scrub Color: All navy or all white
- Local Rule: No candidates within 40 miles of facility (drivers license verification required)
