Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Job Details:

- Shift: Days (3x12s, 06:45 - 19:15)
- Call Required: Yes (~7 days/schedule + one Saturday shift)
Unit Details:
- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Charting System: EPIC
- Facility Type: Level III Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital
Job Overview:
- Provide care in Cardiac Cath Lab including diagnostic and interventional procedures
- 36 hours per week (3x12 hour shifts) with call responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patient hemodynamics
- Administer medications and sedation
- Operate specialized Cath Lab equipment
- Provide post-procedure care and education
Requirements:
- Active RN license (state or compact, no pending licenses)
- Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience (first-timers accepted)
- EPIC experience required
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- ACLS certification (AHA required)
- No candidates within 50-mile radius of facility
