Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a home health care provider in Hillsboro, Missouri, and has opportunities for LPNs with 1 year of recent prior Medicare Certified Visits experience. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

• $1,520 - $1,664 per week
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

• Medicare Certified Agency Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Missouri Nursing License
• Valid U.S. Drivers License
