- 50 mile radius, facility checks DL for perm address, no local rates
- Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
- Manager interviews, please make sure candidate is presclosed on pay and location

- Rooms: 2- general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room and 2 neuro endo suites
- EMR: Cerner, DR (PACS)
- Cases per Day: 5-10
- Specific Orientation: Philips Allera, Medrad injector
- Common cases/Types of Patients: Procedures- GI/GJ tubes, Ports, angios, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, blood patch
- Also neuro experience if possible but not required endovascular procedures, embolizations, Stents, stroke treatment if only candidate has only or mostly neuro that is also acceptable depending on what type of cases
- Sedation cases have 2 RNs, RT scrubs with MD
- Charting System: Cerner
