Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Herrin, Illinois.
Job Description Requirements

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy
Location: Herrin, IL
Type: Full-Time (36 Guaranteed Hours/Week)
Duration: 13 Week
Schedule:
- Hours: 07:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Call Requirements: Up to 2 weeknights and 2 weekend days per month, with a 45-minute callback time
- Floating: Must be willing to float to other facilities within the organization as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN License - Must be current and in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in Endoscopy Nursing
- Proficient in the following procedures:
- Colonoscopy
- EGD
- ERCP
- PEG Tube
- Bronchoscopy
- Esophageal Stent
- Pain Management Procedures
- Able to perform moderate sedation
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- Competent in perioperative care, including patient admission and discharge
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide clear education and instructions to patients and their caregivers
- Use sound clinical judgment to monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Foster a healthy work environment through effective, professional communication
- Ensure care aligns with Core Measure standards
- Maintain complete, accurate medical records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
