Job Title: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to join our healthcare team. As an allied health professional, you will perform diagnostic examinations at the request of an Interventional Cardiologist during invasive and non-invasive cardiology, as well as peripheral vascular study procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and record subjective data, enabling accurate anatomical and physiological diagnoses for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic examinations in line with the protocols set by Interventional Cardiologists.
- Collect and document subjective data to assist in the diagnostic process.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain certifications and adhere to safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree or graduation from an accredited Cardiovascular Training Program or an accredited Allied Health Program.
- Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the cardiovascular specialty is necessary.
- Must hold and maintain certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Additional Information:
- Call commitment is required for one weeknight and one weekend each month.
- This position involves working in a facility with a specific number of beds and may require floating to other units based on the organizations needs.
- Candidates must be willing to comply with local hiring regulations and must have a valid state license.
