Patient Care Manager PACU Parkview Tower

• Lead a team of 50 direct reports
• 2 Assistant Nurse Managers
• 4-10 hour shifts, M-F
• 44 total pre/post bays
• 60-70 cases per day
• Minimally invasive surgery, urology, colorectal, gynecology, bariatric, gender reaffirming, interventional radiology
• BSN preferred
• Supervisor/manager experience needed

Responsible for the operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit(s) on a 24 hour basis. Oversees a span of control and financial responsibility of gt; 40 FTEs supervised + gt; $1.5 million in total expenses OR gt; 24 FTEs supervised + gt; $3.5 million in total expenses.
