. Number of Beds - 23
. Number of Staff - 9
. Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 6-7 RNs; 2 Aides
o Night Shift - 6-7 RNs; 2 Aides
. Patient Ratios - 4:1
. Type of equipment - Bedside monitors, End tidal 02 monitoring, high flow, chronic vents, Subdural drains
. EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
. 2+ years experience
Telemetry
. Step-down Experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
. Neuro experience
. Trauma Experience

. Chest tubes
. EEGs
Best personality Fit:
. Team oriented
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
. ACLS BLS, NIHSS
. Preferred: TNCC
Floating Area(s):
. All inpatient units including ICU, ED
Dress Code:
. Scrub Color/Attire - No specific color, professional
Weekends and On call:
. W/E every other; no on-call requirement
